The Process

The Practically Organized Initial Assessement

The first time you meet with one of our organizers she'll conduct an extensive interview with you. The goal is to not only identify your organizational and produtivity challenges but also any conditions that might be contributing to the problem. We begin with a specific bank of targeted and researched questions. Your responses guide us toward the solutions that are unique for you. If you have a particular issue you need resolved, we will focus on that. If there are numerous issues that come up in our conversation, we will explore if they might be related. The purpose of the assessment is not to come up with a solution on the spot. The goal is to identify the all the strategies and services you need in order to solve your problem or achieve your goals. By the end of the interview, we will give you a summary of the areas we’ve talked about and we'll tell you how Practically Organized can be of service to you.

Customized Service Offering

After the Initial Assessment is complete you will receive a Customized Service Offering identifying the services Practically Organized can provide in relation to your goals. This Service Offering will be unique based on your Initial Assessment and will serve as a roadmap for the future.

Engagement

If you choose to engage with Practically Organized, our next step is to prioritize your goals and break them down into projects. We will submit a proposal for each unique project or one proposal that covers all agreed on projects. All proposals will include solution options, an estimated time frame, and projected cost. Upon your acceptance of the proposal, Practically Organized will set up a schedule to begin working with you on your projects.

No Risk Opportunity

Agreeing to an Initial Assessment does not obligate you to use Practically Organized services. The Customized Service Offering is included in the assessment and is yours to keep for future planning purposes. If you decide to pursue an project with Practically Organized, the cost of the Initial Assessment is deducted from your first project.
