"Golden Office" March Package FAQs
What should I expect after buying a the "Golden Office" March Package?
Prior to delivery of the March Package, a Practically Organized organizer will conduct a 15 minute phone interview with you to get a sense of your organizing challenges. On the day of your scheduled session, this organizer will come to your location with all the supplies she needs to complete the job. (Supplies will vary based on the package purchased.)
If you choose the Filing System Update or the Tax Receipt and Documentation Organization as your service, the organizer will meet with you on-site for approximately 15-30 minutes at which time you will show her where your files, documents, office equipment, etc. are located. You are then free to attend to other matters while the organizer implements an organizational system based on our proven best-practices. When the job is finished, the organizer will meet with you again for 15-30 minutes to review the work and to go over steps for maintaining the office.
If you choose the Information Management Consulting Session, you will be working one-on-one with the organizer for approximately 2 hours. During that time a customized plan will be implemented for you illustrating the best practices for storing information that is unique to you.
How long will a "Golden Office" Organizing session take?
The number of hours will depend on the current state of your environment. Locations with existing filing systems will take less time to update than locations with no system at all. The maximum number of hours the organizer can be on-site is 6 hours
What makes the "Golden Office" Package different from a normal session with a Professional Organizer?
Monthly Packages are designed for busy people who don't have time to keep up with their office organization. They would prefer to have someone take care of these tasks for them. During a Package organizing session, the organizer is focused on putting files into folders, updating any file indexes, and making the most efficient use of the space. When the work is done, you are updated on the methods used and given instructions for how to maintain the office going forward.
During a traditional session with a Professional Organizer, the organizer and you would work one-on-one to develop a customized system tailored to your specifications. The organizer would be responsible for transfering her knowledge to you, and you would be taught how to make being organized a habit. What if I don't know what to do once the organizer has left?
Each Package comes with 30-days of free phone support. Our organizers take detailed notes as they work and are very adept at remembering where they file or store certain documents. In the event that you can't remember where you put something (or where to put something), call the organizer and she will work with you over the phone to determine the correct location.
